It's all about self care

Self Care is SO important! I normally take one night a week to really just do all the things. I will put a good mask on my hair, face, exfoliate while soaking in the tub with my favorites! I get out the bath feeling rejuvenated and fresh!

Bath Favorites:|| I start off by adding my all time favorite BATH SALTS to my bath! I have noticed myself grabbing THIS body wash. It truly will make you feel like you're at the spa with the smell! If you are in the market for a good, affordable body scrub THIS one is great! I have used it for years probably for the main purpose of how GOOD this smells!!

Hair/Scalp Favorites:|| I normally will sleep in my fav Jamaican Black Castor Oil (as seen on stories) the night before so this is when I rinse that out! In order to really get all the oil out of my hair (I literally bathe my hair in the castor oil) I use this AMAZING scalp scrub! It smells SO GOOD!!! It will get all the oil out without stripping the hair or making it feel dry. Then I throw on my absolute favorite HAIR MASK. When I tell y'all this hair mask is good ... IT'S SO SO GOOD!! Its actually sold out most places currently if that tells you anything! 

Face Mask Favorite - Holy Grail:|| While I let the hair mask sit, I will throw on my FACE MASK! Funny story about this face mask - So anytime my mom comes to visit she loves to try my skincare. I had just ordered the set of all the Peter Thomas Roth masks. After we both looked at all of them, she wanted to try this one. Y'all I kid you not, this women walks out the bathroom after taking it off and goes "Oh my gosh Emilie! My skin looks so smooth/tight and I look 10 years younger!" I immediately started thinking, "No way a face mask did so much in 20 minutes." Sure enough I look at her and I'm like, "Wow!! Where is that face mask? Sorry you can't have that one" LOL I linked it on sale for the lowest I've ever seen it too! RUNNN!
